1. Warranty Coverage

  • Duration: All electronic products come with a 15-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

  • What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects, internal hardware failures, and battery issues.

  • What’s Not Covered: Physical damage, water damage (unless specified waterproof), unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

2. How to File a Warranty Claim

To ensure a smooth and fast process, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Our Support Team Send a message to our UAE support team via WhatsApp or Email with your Order Number (e.g., #NR1001).

Step 2: Provide Proof of Defect To evaluate your claim, we require:

  • A clear Photo of the product.

  • A short Video (15-30 seconds) demonstrating the issue (e.g., one earbud not charging or the power bank not turning on).

Step 3: Technical Evaluation Our team will review your evidence within 24-48 hours. If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we will proceed with a replacement.

Step 4: Replacement Delivery Once approved, we will ship a brand-new unit to your address. A small delivery fee of [Insert Amount, e.g., 20 AED] may apply for the replacement logistics.

3. Important Terms

  • Warranty claims are only valid for orders placed directly through our official website.

  • The original packaging should be kept for at least 7 days after receiving the order.

  • Replacement units carry the remaining warranty period of the original purchase.
